Mark Driscoll

Personally I will take great pleasure when I hear of his death, hopefully by murder and not old age.=

America I: Americans Christians Are Not Anti-American Enough

American Christians Are Not Anti-American Like God Is

Many of the Christians in this country fly the American flag on church properties. In many hymnals we have songs praising this country and they commit abominations by singing these songs. I heard a preacher Sunday morning, a Baptist, taking a message about unrepentant Israel and showing how it could also apply to America. His problem is that the Bible already refers to America, and it doesn't call it Israel. I have heard other pastors who tried to preach against the sins of America but they are clearly just deranged conservatives who are only unhappy because the Democrats have controlled our Congress for most of the last ten years.

They think they are so edgy to preach against America and 'call it like it is'. But they really just lie about America. They say 'pray for our country', 'pray for our leaders'. One they quote, 'If my people who are called by my name...' which they use to imply that America can recover which is a lie. It is a lie because the prophecies spoken of those thousands of years ago are shortly to come to pass. America cannot turn back because the prophecies must take place (they cannot be invalidated).

So what they are preaching is not the true fire of God, God's wrath for this nation. They are doing it because they are puffing themselves up and trying to sound prophetic and act like they are pushing the envelope. 'Wow did you hear the message the pastor gave last Sunday! The government must really be watching him now!" No, the government doesn't care what shallow thoughts your pastor gave in his sermon last Sunday. It's more like, Government: 'Yawn.'

Some of you are alarmed. 'He is a red!' 'He's an America hater and a socialist conspirator!'

No. I am a Christian, a servant and mouthpiece for God and I see what this country does and I hate it, the same way the Father hates it.

Jesus said, "If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." [Luke 14:26]

Some of you have been brainwashed with the American fable for so long that America has become your god and took the position that belongs only to the Father, not Christ, not the angels, but the Father. You only claim you're stirred by the bad laws of the other party in the government, or the immorality of the people. But you love America, still. The problem is America is the whore and must be hated by the Christians. You prove you love America and do not hate America because of your patriotic songs, your flags you fly at home and on church property, your continual meddling in politics, the fact the lines between faith and politics are blurred when political rallies are held at churches and politicians are invited to speak, and your yellow ribbon. Yes, even your yellow ribbon must be thrown out if you are to honor God.

America is in the way of some of you. You must throw it out if that pushes you to serve God to a higher level, if that is what it takes. You must part with your country because the pollution by world Communism of its cultural institutions, including the churches, has poisoned it to such an extent that it is only a matter of time before it all unravels. Do not pray for this country or its leadership. Work to save those who will listen and can be saved and do not look back. Many of you will be called out of this country. Do not look back. As you set sail from the ships, I doubt you will become a pillar of salt. But if you look back in regret or in doubt, it may be the waves cause your ship to toss and turn, and finally sink. It may be a tempest is stirred up by the Lord and you are tossed overboard by the crew. You will see many of the old stories relived, and it will happen to individuals like yourself, or even to you. Do not make the mistakes of those like Lot's wife or Jonah or the people of Noah's day.

Your time is very short. America is fallen, is fallen, and we cannot heal it. You cannot preach it away or pray it back. You must get right with God so that you will be ready for the tribulations to come.

'America is not found in the Bible' Fallacies

'America is not found in the Bible' Fallacies

I. Just because you haven't found it, that doesn't mean it isn't there.

II. Many Christians are still such blind supporters of the American government that they refuse to accept any of the prophecies of war, death, and destruction could possibly refer to their 'great' nation.

III. Because even an all-knowledgeable God couldn't possibly have foreseen a nation like America coming into being at the end of time, could He? /sarcasm

IV. Because you know all of the prophecies, understand all of the symbols, can quote them more or less verbatim, and receive a constant inundation of supernatural revelation from the Lord and so you cannot possibly be wrong because no one has ever been wrong at any possible time and even people with flat out contradictory views are always right.

V. Because I looked it up in the Strong's Concordance and I couldn't find the word 'America' anywhere there.

Here now the word of the Lord, Mystery Babylon is America.

Moral II: Gambling

Why shouldn't a person gamble?

'Because some people lose so that others can win.'

Oh, so it's not fair is it? Why is it not fair if mature adults have agreed to run the risk of losing funds so that they might have an opportunity of winning? It's not possible that everyone can win; it must be that only a few win and the most lose. There's no promise of fairness in this life; only in the next, and only despots and those who elect them would even want to make a fair society anyway. Chronic losers complain about fairness because they can't win without cheating and asking for the government to intervene.

And how is it unfair? Do you have less of a chance of winning than anyone else? If you buy a Power Ball ticket you have the same odds of winning as everyone else. So actually it is fair.  Unless you mean to say you deserve more chances than everyone else.

Or do you really mean we should give the money to the pastors? So they can eat steak dinners and donate oatmeal to the food bank? So they can lecture on sexual immorality all the while they sleep around on their wife, even with prostitutes. So they can collect a salary to donate to the political campaigns of wanna-be despots. So they can extend their influence into local politics and build an enclave of totalitarianism in the city. So they can drive around in luxury automobiles and spit on the homeless. Yeah, I think I'll keep my money.

I won $23 playing scratch offs tonight. I went to the store with $20, bought not quite $17 worth of groceries and went home with even more than what I started off with. If God chooses to reward a poor man for his faith by providing him with good food by winning on a lottery ticket, why does that concern you? Tell me, why do you criticize God for blessing that man? You, Christian, should keep your damn mouth shut is what you should do. I choose to glorify God that He saw fit to reward me as His servant. Many of you reading this will open a new window to browse pornographic sites before long while passing judgment about how I am not a true Christian because I play the lottery. You will down one more beer and then Wednesday night you will be in your blazer ready to preach to the church. It is precisely because of the theft and wickedness of the Christian believers that God would choose to reward His children through gambling.

If God let me win on the lottery so I could bless someone that same evening who was in a desperate need, should it not be that that money goes to me, a concerned Christian, rather than a worker of darkness? I think it should. When the pastors stop thinking about themselves then maybe I will give an offering. And they also have to stop preaching lies.
